Download the app from App Store or Google Play
Open the app and click on SIGN UP
Enter your name, email, password, and phone number
Click on Accept and Submit
To confirm your account enter the code provided via SMS

Why do I need to add my mobile phone number?

To make the process of regaining access to your account easier

I added all the info but I still can’t create an account.

Make sure the password has at least 6 characters, one uppercase, and one number
Make sure you did not use that email address again on our app
Make sure the phone number you added is valid and has the country code included

Changing your profile options lets you control how others see you and your profile. These settings include things like your name, profile picture and location.

Profile information – your first and last name are what appear at the top of your profile. The other information will appear in the about section.

To change your profile information

Go to the SIN Tab
Scroll down to the About section
Choose your Gender (the gender information is mandatory so that you can receive targeted Coupons and Deals)
Enter your correct first name and last name
Enter your Birthday information (providing your birthday helps make sure you get the right experience for your age)
Enter your email
Enter your phone number (providing your phone number helps us make sure your account is more secure and the process of regaining access to your account easier)
Enter about you information (the About You section is your space to tell visiting people who you are)
Enter your Home Town (your home town tells other people where you’re from)
Enter your Location (your location tells other people where you’re currently located)
Enter your Work History
Enter your Education
Enter Links (adding a link tells people where they can find more of your fabulous stuff)
Click Save when finished

To change your profile picture and cover photo

Go to the SIN Tab
Go to your profile and choose the photo icon. You can: upload a photo from your camera, upload a photo from your gallery, upload a photo from web
Crop your photo and click Save. If you don’t want to crop your photo, click on the back button

If you want to change your current password

Go to the Sign-Up/ Log In Page
Tap on ‘Forgot’
Insert your email address and select how you want to reset your password. You can choose to receive an email link or a SMS code
Access the link that you’ve received on the email address or enter the code number from the received SMS

Take a look into the settings

You can find ACTV powered by 05Media Settings in the Settings tab
You can change from General to Advanced Settings
General Settings (to edit a setting, tap it. Available settings: enable or disable)
Advanced Settings (to edit a setting, tap it. Available settings: enable, disable or block users)
From the Settings Tab you can Logout from the app, send us a feedback, or read our Terms & Privacy Policy

What are interactivities?

Interactivities are ways to express your opinion or to find out other’s thoughts
They are in the form of Voting, Questions (and Answers), Rating, Quizzes, and Social Wagering

How can I create an interactivity?

Choose a video you want to create an interaction on
Click on the Interactivity button
Click on Create
Choose the type of interaction you want to create (Voting/ Polling, Questions, Quiz, Rating, Betting/ Social Wagering)
Enter the text
Enter the answers (when the case) – in case you create a Quiz choose the correct answers
Add pictures or gifs for your interactivity (and for the answers when is the case)
Click submit

How can I interact?

Choose a video you want to interact with
Click on the Interactivity button
The Interact button is selected by default. If it is not, click on Interact
Choose a type of interactivity
Respond to the interactivity or skip the interactivity until you get to one you like
Click submit

What do I get if I interact?

You can get points or coupons when you get involved with interactivities

Where can I use the points and coupons I receive when I get involved with the interactivities created?

The points can be used to join a Fan Club or to have access to a higher level of exclusive information
The coupons can be redeemed in store or online, depending on the coupon you receive

How do I turn off notification sounds?

Go to Settings Tab
Go to General Tab
Tap to disable the Notifications

How do I disable push notification?

Go to Settings Tab
Go to Advanced Tab
Tap to disable the Push Notifications
